Natalie's song "Held" is really a brutal yet beautiful song to hear. Before she sang it last night she told the story behind it. It is about a couple who dealt with 10 years of infertility and finally had a Beautiful baby boy named Paul. One night at 2 months old, his father was giving him his midnight feeding and he took his final breath. It was a congenital heart defect that they had not known about. Natalie spoke of how or why God gave them this beautiful child just to take him back. Having to keep your faith thru all of this knowing that God DOES have a plan and we have to recognize and trust. The first time I ever heard this song, I could barely get thru it and I hadn't even known the story. Very powerful. I don't know whatever happen to Paul's parents and if they ever had another child but I pray that they did.

I LOVE Natalie Grant...her music always ministers to me! And the story behind Held is so beautiful...I can't hear that song without tearing up!!
